"I'm interested in the Palm Tree Cat Scratcher but don't know how much 51.5 cm is? Need to know before I order it."

Don't they teach anything in schools these days

Reply to ask them how long their cat is, then send it back to them in multiples of cat

I had a customer once who phoned ask me how much was in a 5kg pack. She then went on to lecture me on how much better my site would be if I actually put helpful information on the page telling people how much was in each pack size.
Decided in the end it was a wind up and just went with the call in a very tongue in cheek sense.

Not yet - this is the latest email from her:

"Dear Kathy,

I had a few more questions about your Coconut Cat Scratcher for $29.99. Right now I have two baby kittens. Is the top large enough for them to sit/sleep in? Would it be tall enough for stretching and scratching when they become adult cats? Would they be able to tip it over either sitting on the top or standing and scratching on it? It is adorable and would fit in with my palm tree theme in our home but I also want it to be functional. "

Just got to think of way to reply to this one now - so much depends on size of the cats!!
