I had one like the one above last week. He'd put his credit card number in the Company line. Naturally we removed it before despatch.

Then we got the following email from him:

"I was surprised to see my full credit card number quoted in that email.
May I suggest that at least omit that last 4 digits be omitted in such emails for security reasons." [sic]

We pointed out that it was his mistake. He then went ballistic, blaming everything but himself, including the "badly designed order form" and said he would never order from us again.

yup. I've had one of those too.

It just goes to show that you can never make things too easy to use.

We've had a couple of these in the last six months, makes me wonder if it's more than a coincidence - maybe some browsers are wrongly autocompleting based on previous purchases??

We also had an Amazon customer whose Amazon user name was her credit card number

OK l am no expert in PERL (not even close) - I wonder if there is any mileage in the fact that in os000001.pl the variable for company name seems to be AccountName:

we have had quite alot with the card numbers entered as well, probably one each month or two months

Ermmm going by the conversations i have had with some of these people i actually dont think it matters how well you design the form, but to be fare "Card Holder Name" can be confusing

Some times i feel like saying its a computer problem and they really need to pack it back in the box and take it back to the shop, then ask for a refund because they are to kin stupid to own one.

we offered to ship in bubble wrap with out the box to get it under 2kg, this was her reply

Many seller ship different colour or size , will you ship the exact style exact colour and exact size we ordered ?

Would you ofer full refund without require us to ship back the item if it is wrong item ?
