Hsbc Epayments Problem

Press the little plus sign and you will see the list of PSPs - select PayPal and enter your paypal email addy - upload

Ive added paypal but cant seem to see where to enter my paypal email address I will look onto the help files now

sorry for what probably seems like a silly question but do i put my paypal email address into the Merchant ID box?
i have looked at page: http://www.actinic.co.uk/psp/paypal/
which doesnt specify which box the email adress is suppoed to go in.
im just so scared of doing something wrong and the whole site being offline or something! without any phone support till monday. thank you so much for your help.

HSBC Back Up now

anyone heard anything from them?? would like to know what is their excuse this time

also a note to anyone that is not aware of this:

FPB (or whatever they are called) provided very good rates with HSBC for their members.

I guess they'll send out a letter in the post. We have just signed with the FSB and have a good Streamline rate with them so we'll be going with Actinic payments as soon as we can.

they send us a flyer a few weeks back

but we have never signed up with them. just had a trial period at some point.

we are considering to join just because of the rates benefit.

The FSB is with Streamline and the co-op bank, not so sure of the HSBC connection

We are opening a business account with the Co-op too as members of the FSB get free banking for life. All card payments will go into that account and then there will be maybe one weekly transfer to our main HSBC account. Should save a bit in fees and maybe we'll switch over completely although I'm not sure how far they are set up to finance businesses.
