I think the idea was great - what holds it back is that designers/developers are asked to publicly quote on a project with (often) minimal information and, at times, it became like a reverse auction.

I think there is room for progress with it - perhaps the navigation buttons 1 - 4 could benefit from going to pages that is not an artists self-portrait?

Developers/Trainers?

Just a thought - we're in need of a freelance developer to come on-site and do in-house training. Could this also be part of the service? - or if this is up and running somewhere else please let me know.

it seems such a pity, I was looking for a freelance actinic guy/gal to do about 4 hours work per month on 4 different actinic sites and when I saw this I thought, for a change, my lucks in, but alas, its just been that sort of year.
Is there a list anywhere of actinic genii (plural for genius?) who I can contact for quotations?
. . . or should I scrawl through the posts looking for those that put a smile on my face most?

Either place a request in AOB and then use the communnity as a reference to check out the people who reply

and/or use actinic wesite for a local approved designer (although you dont have to do much to be "approved" by actinic.)
