dedicated Servers

Hi,

Can anyone help with a few question on dedicated Servers?

My company has been royally messed about by Fasthosts - without getting into the details of it, in the last month, we've had nearly 3 weeks of downtime and 3 corrupted hard drives.

Here are the questions:

Is there a dedicated server company that will allow you to go to their data centre and copy and paste directly from external hard drive to the server's hard disk? (We have over 170gbs of data to house and I don't fancy ftp-ing it all over again)
Are there companies who can offer hard drives over 2x500gb? I haven't found any others, other than fasthosts.
Does anyone know the legal position in terms of compensation if we lose our client (tricky to answer, I know)?

Talk to rackspace, they are really helpfull with this sort of thing.

Fasthost has already been incourt over a similar problem with dedicated server
