Hmmm just recieved my long letter from actinic with regards the cover and the increases.

I still have to say i think the amount charged is pretty good, although i have concerns about the premium support.

It promises you will be dealing with experienced actinic personnel, does this mean the standard support staff will not be as knowledgeable as the more experienced will be handling the premium cover customers?

That will be most as premium is limited to the 1st 75 to start with

I haven't had anything from Actinic regarding my cover- can somebody post the barebones please?

barebones its going up a little bit, but they are offering a premium cover but you need to call for a quote

I'm assuming you got this letter because your subscriptions nearly finished? Or have they sent it out to everyone with cover? I haven't had one either...

nope mine was renewed in november, perhaps its alphabetical or old subscribers 1st, perhaps its the snow or slow postal service

they may be delayed because of the snow - though surely the Actinic snowman should've been able fight through...
