Hmmm just recieved my long letter from actinic with regards the cover and the increases.
I still have to say i think the amount charged is pretty good, although i have concerns about the premium support.
It promises you will be dealing with experienced actinic personnel, does this mean the standard support staff will not be as knowledgeable as the more experienced will be handling the premium cover customers?
