      Hi Actinic Support

      As our site http://www.staircasekits.co.uk has been down for days now, I'd really appreciate your help in getting it back online. The site is hosted by you but the domain is registered elsewhere but I think that I can access the area to change the DNS.
      Could you please advise me how to get this online asap?

            We have www.polaroid.co.uk on your 006 server the domain is controlled elsewhere. Can you helpme switch to another dns?

              @rbone, Ive changed the server IP address please mail me (email in previous posts) for the address. You will need to update your DNS with whoever you purchased the domain name from

                  Can someone change our ip please and email me when it is done as I just noticed this morning that our site was down. www.gparts.co.uk

                  It would of been nice to email all effected clients that host sites on this server to tell them about this issue!?

                    If you could call support 0845 1294848 they can walk you through this process.

                    Sadly its very difficult to email you as the DDOS attack would have taken your mail out as well.

                      As mentioned above, please contact support with regards to the DDOS attack on 0845 1294848.

                      The main thing we need is the domain names effected, you don't need to worry about the other details so much on this occasion.

                        It nmight be a good idea to have clients supply a non-actinic email address to be used in emergencies like this.

                          We are now back up and running. Many thanks.

                          Actinic do have a non gparts backup email address for me which they send all billing and other emails to.

                          Maybe other customers should supply an emergency email address!?
