Ah. I'm not the only one desperately trying to contact these cowboys!
They've been ignoring my emails for a while now, and the online help is, as you probably know, laughably bad. In the end I rang their parent company, Iomart, and persuaded the receptionist to give me the following number
(0906) 211 9797
which is charged at 25p/min. However, on further pressing she gave me this number
(0141) 931 7134
which is the real, direct number for the above line, charged at the usual national rate. They did answer, but after a good 20 rings or so, so patience is the name of the game really. Hope this helps out anyone else who's been having trouble getting hold of them :-)
The 0141 number is a Glasgow number, the support at easyspace has been getting better but still has a long way to go. Although they've usually got back to me within 48hrs from posting on the support forum.
Searching the Internet I have discovered an amazing number of complaints relating to every aspect of Easyspace business. The recent changes left many users up the creek without a paddle and with no customer support to speak of. I want to move my domains away from Easyspace but they are wanting a payment of £49 plus VAT for each domain. i have contacted Trading Standards who are now investigating the matter and have told me not to pay. I suggest everyone who has a problem with Easyspace should lodge a complaint, this can be done on their web site.
No phone number, no replies to emails and no replies to their online help-desk. All this with an un-updatable site - nice touch easyspace! I gave up on them in the end.

I wouldn't recommend them especially if you have a .com because there servers "can be" be based in the UK. My client was removed from google.co.uk becuse of this and when I put them on my Uk servers they appeared back within a few days. When there is a problem who can you speak to at easyspace: nobody, how long does it take to get an email reply when there is a problem, quite a long time. I have just taken over a client for this reason becuse they want to be able to talk to somebody, have a low populated server that is based in the Uk.
That's my humble opinion
