Actinic Crashing on Design Tab

Has anyone else had this problem?

After opening up Actinic, Whenever (and on what ever page) I select the design Tab on Businesss v11, Actinic Crashes. I have spoken to technical support about this and they have took a copy of all the programs data files and they had agreed to get back to me on the issue, but i've had no full answer from them over the past week...

I am just wondering if anyone has had this problem or if anyone knows what could be causing it?

Do you have any calls to external files (addthis, google api's etc)

Nope, it's only happened since we've upgraded to v11...

Have you tried installing Actinic again over the top?

I regularly get no preview tabs in the code view after a few minutes of switching - can only assume there is some funky glitch with the browser preview it is not liking.

I've tried installing V11 again on many different computers and this problem still occurs, even with the demo online shop you get when you first install.

This is really annoying me as the directors of the company are looking at me for answers I can't answer.

Are all the computers you've used on the same network?
Which version of Windows are they running?
Do they run the same AV/Firewall software?
Which version of Actinic are you installing?

Sorry for all the questions but there has to be something about your particular setup that's causing a problem - it seems to work elsewhere. The only problem I've had with the design tab was when it turned into the content tab (i.e. you clicked on the Design tab and it acted like a cut down version of the content tab - took a while to figure it but it got fixed).

Which AV/Firewall. Have you tried it with this turned off?

Symantec 2011 Anti Virus and I have tried with it off but to no success.
