If you find that the field labels in the 'Page Details', 'Fragment Details', 'Section Details' or 'Product Details' panels have disappeared or moved too far to the left, similar to the image below: -
Please follow these instructions.
Close all of your Sellerdeck software, then go to your 'Windows' search bar and enter 'Registry Editor'.
Click on the entry that appears in the list.
Follow the branch: -
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SellerDeck\v18\Application Settings\
and right click on the entry: -
UDP Grid Divider Pos
select 'Delete', close the 'Registry Editor' and re-open your Sellerdeck software.
This should then create the registry entry with the correct value.
If it does not, please close your Sellerdeck software again, open the 'Registry Editor' and follow the path to the entry 'UDP Grid Divider Pos' as before, right click on it and select 'Modify', in the box that opens enter: -
0.323181
into the ‘Value data’ field: -
and click ‘OK’ and close the 'Registry Editor'.
Re-open your Sellerdeck software and check that the fields are now in their correct position.
NOTE: Be aware that the Windows registry is dangerous place to be, so follow the instructions above carefully and if you are in any doubt stop and contact Sellerdeck support.
Additionally also note that your Sellerdeck software must be closed when you do this, otherwise it will simply overwrite the value that you have entered.
