If you have received an error that your SellerDeck software is unable to open because the DLL file 'ActCommon.dll' is missing, then this is most probably due to the Avast anti-virus software on your computer.
A recent update from Avast has caused the file to be seen as a Trojan. To get the software open you must access your ‘Virus Chest’ via the security menu in Avast and restore the ActCommon.dll file.
It will also be best to contact Avast to let them know that the standard .dll file is being blocked.
