If you find that the software will print one copy of a report, but will not print multiples, then unfortunately this has been identified as a Microsoft problem with no workaround other than to uninstall the Windows updates that caused the problem.
The problem is solved after uninstalling KB3176493 on Windows 10 and KB3177725 on Windows 7
