I have had to completely reformat my hard drive, how do I get my catalolgue back?

This is ONLY possible providing you have taken a snapshot of your store (Snapshot | Export Site).

Re-install the software from the CD, start your SellerDeck software and go to 'Snapshot | Import Site' to restore your site. After importing the snapshot, refresh the Catalogue to your site using 'Web | Refresh'.
