I'm trying to log in to the software but it tells me that the 'Administrator is already logged in'
There can only be one Administrator logged into a site at any one time, so you should check that no other users are logged in as the 'Administrator'.
If after ensuring that no other 'Administrator' is logged in you still get this message, try restarting the synchronisation server (Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services | Actinic Synchronization Server). Ensure that SellerDeck is closed on all PCs before doing this or the users will receive an error message.
