A product has a padlock on it and says that it is 'locked by the Administrator', but I am the Administrator!
If you cannot edit a product when logged in as the 'Administrator' because it says that it is locked by the 'Administrator' try restarting the 'Actinic Synchronization Server' service in 'Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services'. Make sure all users are out of SellerDeck when you do this otherwise they will receive 'communication' errors.
