Starting the software I get “database is being verified by current administrator”

When I open SellerDeck, the following error occurs: “database is being verified by current administrator” .

To solve this please see below:

1. Browse to your sites folder, this may be in the following location:
   
   C:\Users\Public\Documents\Actinic vxx\Sites *
   
   
2. Double click on the file “Sites.ini” to open it.
   
   
3. Look in this file for a line of code like this:
   
   SiteLocked=1
   
   
4. For each occurrence of this, change the 1 to a 0, so it will now look like the below:
   
   SiteLocked=0
   
   
5. Save the file and close it.

Now you should be able to open SellerDeck OK.

* The xx will be replaced by the version of the software you have installed.
