If you get the following error when trying to login to SellerDeck on a business plus user machine, please see the solution below:
“Cannot log you in, the Administrator has denied you access.”
Your users will now be able to login as normal. This tick box sometimes becomes un-ticked if you have a network problem or if you tried to create a snapshot when other users were logged into SellerDeck.

- On the Business Plus PC (Main database PC), login as Administrator.
- Go to settings | Users | tick the tick box “Enable user login feature”
- Click Close.
