Feefo: Manual uploading of sales

Feefo allows you to manually upload your sales. This is good if there are issues with the connection or auto upload from SellerDeck.

1. To do this, go to ‘Marketing | Customer feedback…’ and click on ‘Export Feefo Customer Feedback File’.
   
   This will give you a window where you can set the specifics about the sales you want to upload
   
   
   
   
2. Once you have chosen the settings you want and given a filename and location, click the ‘Export’ button. A popup window saying whether the export was successful or unsuccessful should appear
   
   
   
   
3. Now login to your Feefo account at www.feefo.com
4. Go to ‘Upload | Upload Sales’
5. Here you can choose the file you just exported, to upload to feefo
   
   
   
   
6. Click ‘Upload File’ and then you should see a file uploaded successfully message
   
   
   
   
7. Click ‘Submit These Uploaded Values’ to complete the manual upload.
