If there is a discrepancy with a sale that has been uploaded to Feefo, you may receive an email similar to this:

There will usually be a txt file attached to the email which will show you the full order upload in a csv format. When opened with MS Excel, you can edit the line mentioned in the original mail, and manually upload the file again, through your Feefo account.
