    How to import products to Google shopping (Google product search), excluding v16.01

    1. In SellerDeck, go to Marketing | Export Google Product Search data feed.
    2. Click “Browse” and select where you are going to save the export file to, for example, your desktop.
    3. Name the file “data_feed.txt”
    4. If your store is UK/European based, tick the tick box “Include Tax in Product Prices”.



    5. Click “OK”

      Now you need to upload the file to “Google Merchant centre”, see below:

    6. Login to Google Merchant centre, or create an account if you don’t already have one:
    7. http://www.google.co.uk/merchants/
    8. Click “Data feeds”, then “New Data Feed”.
    9. Select your target country, “United Kingdom” for example.
    10. In “Data feed filename”, enter the name of the data feed you saved in 1) , for example “data_feed.txt”.
    11. Click “Save changes”.
    12. Click “Manual upload”, then click “Choose File” and find the data feed you created in 1).
    13. Finally, click “Upload and process this file”.


    Google Product search will now process the data feed and your products will appear on Google Product search shortly.

    SellerDeck 2016 v16.01 onwards

    From version v16.01 onwards, there is no longer an 'Export File' field as the software now configures this automatically.

    The software will automatically create an XML file called 'google-products.xml' and upload this to the site root. If your product feed file is called anything different within your Google account you will need to change this.
