This may be caused by a number of reasons.
1. Using Internet Explorer (V5 or later), hover the mouse pointer over the applet and check the status bar at the bottom of the screen. This may indicate the type of problem encountered.
2. Check using an FTP client that SellerDeck has created the acatalog/COM/Actinic/Catalog' directory structure within your site and that the *.class files are present in the Actinic directory.
3. Check that the Actinic and Catalog directories have the correct permissions (777 on Unix) .
4. Ensure that the acatalog folder has not been created in the CGI-BIN folder, as this may cause problems.
