Microsoft is currently installing Internet Explorer 7 via AutoUpdate. Internet Explorer 7 removes the Java Virtual Machine that is used by many online shopping carts.
If you have been upgraded to IE7, or have a new PC with it installed, then to continue shopping you will need to either
If you are running Netscape Navigator, or Internet Explorer 6 or earlier, you just need to enable Java:
First check the type of browser that you have: click "Help" on the menu and then "About"
If you have Microsoft Internet Explorer:

IE 4.X
If you have Mozilla Firefox, you can enable Java:
If you have Netscape Navigator:

- press the Back button and choose a different payment method, or
- download a new copy of Java from: www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp

- go to the Tools menu
- select Internet Options...
- click the Advanced tab
- Scroll down to the section headed 'Java (Sun)'
- Tick the box marked 'Use.....'
- press OK
IE 4.X
- go to the View menu
- select Internet Options...
- click the Security tab
- select any of the standard security levels apart from 'High'
- press OK
- press the Refresh button
If you have Mozilla Firefox, you can enable Java:
- go to the Tools menu
- select Options
- click the Content tab
- tick the box 'Enable Java'
If you have Netscape Navigator:
Navigator 4.X, 5.X and 6.X
- go to the Edit menu
- select Preferences...
- select the Advanced category heading
- click the Enable Java toggle
- press the Okay button
- press the Reload button
