SellerDeck states the order is incomplete when printing an invoice, even if all products are shipped
This can occur typically using the following scenario, where the customer ships half the line items and cancels the other half, and then tries to add an adjustment to the price, also resulting in a crash at times.
To get around this, after the ‘Ship/Cancel’ procedure, click ‘OK’, followed by clicking OK in the main window of the ‘Line Items’ tab to close the order.
Now re-open the order and then add the adjustment, the software will not crash allowing invoices to be printed without errors.
