I cannot edit payment details in SellerDeck, and the 'View Payments' button is greyed out

The fields are disabled if SellerDeck is set to 'Bypass Order Processing' (Settings | Business Settings | Order Processing).

To enable the fields, uncheck this box, make the required changes and then re-enable 'Bypass Order Processing'
