This means that you have the wrong 'Secret Key' which is input into the 'Settings | Business settings | Payment & Security | Secure Trading | Configure Method' area. Try re-typing it (it is case sensitive) and re-upload your site. If you still get the error then you should contact Secure Trading to check that you have the correct 'Secret Key'.
