    WorldPay are changing their payment page URLs in 2012, what do I need to do?

    In August 2011, WorldPay warned their customer base that they are rebranding, and that the payment page URLs are changing.

    What do you need to do in SellerDeck?

    If you are using v11 and WorldPay
    The new URLs have been put into v11.0.1 and onwards. Please visit the download centre to upgrade:

    If you are using v10 and WorldPay
    SellerDeck will be releasing a new PSP installer containing the new URLs shortly. When available, this will be downloadable from the download centre, under “Payment gateways”

    If you are using v9 and WorldPay
    Please see the workaround below to change update the URLs. This workaround will work for all supported versions of SellerDeck:
    1. Double click on “My Computer” or “Computer” and browse to the following location:

      C:\Program Files\Actinic v9\OCCUpgrade\ file (assuming default installation folder)
    2. Double click on the file OCCUpgrade.ini to open it
    3. On the second line of the file there is a line 'number=', increment the number by 1 (see note below)

      For example, change:

      Number=1545

      To

      Number=1546

    4. Replace 'RBS WorldPay' with 'WorldPay'; in the file, there are two occurrences.

      For example, change:

      RBS WorldPay=4

      To:

      WorldPay=4

    5. Replace 'wp3.rbsworldpay' with 'worldpay'; in the file there are 2 occurrences.

      For example, change:

      ProviderURL='https://secure.wp3.rbsworldpay.com/wcc/purchase/'

      To:

      ProviderURL='https://secure.worldpay.com/wcc/purchase/'

    6. Save the file, and close it.
    7. Restart SellerDeck, during the loading process the PSP upgrader will complete, click “OK” to finish.


    8. Update the site and test it. (Web | Publish to web).


    PLEASE NOTE: If using v11 or later do not change the number instead click the 'Force PSP Upgrade' button in 'Help | Troubleshooting' and restart SellerDeck.
