Front-line support for your online payment processing is ending.
We have contacted you several times over recent months regarding our ST2K payments platform, which you are still using.
ST2K is our legacy platform; the majority of our merchants now use STPP, our newer, more sophisticated platform.
From July 1st, 2015 – in one month’s time – we will be ending front-line support for ST2K.
This means that although you will still be able to process payments as usual, you will not be able to access technical support should you have a question or a problem.
