The instructions below show you how you do a stock take in SellerDeck EPOS:
The stock take is now complete. You can do a discrepancy report by clicking “Reporting” | “Discrepancies Current” / “Discrepancies saved”.
- First, backup your six EPOS databases – click here for instructions
- Go to “Stocktake” | “Stocktake”.
- Click “Save stock levels “
- Click “Reset levels” | “Reset stock levels”.
- Click “Quick scan” and/or “Lookup” to find your products to add them into the grid, also enter the current stock level counted. (Alternatively, go to “Product file” | “View by category”, select the category of products you want to stock take, then click the “Stocktake” button, this adds all the products in the grid to the stock take form.)
- Click “Add stock”.
The stock take is now complete. You can do a discrepancy report by clicking “Reporting” | “Discrepancies Current” / “Discrepancies saved”.
