* Scan all items back into sales screen

* click on 'Menu | Refund all items in sale'

* click 'OK' click 'Yes' to 'refund all items in this sale?'

* Select the 'Pay' button

* Select the 'Card'

* Select the 'Refund-R'

* Select the 'Pay' button

* Insert the Card into the 'chip & pin' machine

* Ask the customer to enter Pin No

* Collect Receipts from Receipt printer

* Remove the Card

* Select the 'Complete' button

* Select Receipt - if receipt is required
