How do I set my domain name to show my website without the www. prefix?

To set your domain name to show your website without the www. prefix, please see below:

1. Login to the control panel for your domain name registrar. (You need to find out who is holding your domain name, for example '123 reg', 'easy DNS' or 'enom' etc.)
   
2. Within your domain name control panel, you should find an area called something like “DNS management” or “Manage DNS”, find this area.
   
3. Within this area, you will see one or more “A” records. You need to add a new A record for “@” and “*” pointing to the same IP address as any exit sting A records.

Within 48 hours, you should be able to see your site with or without the www prefix.
