To set your domain name to show your website without the www. prefix, please see below:
Within 48 hours, you should be able to see your site with or without the www prefix.
- Login to the control panel for your domain name registrar. (You need to find out who is holding your domain name, for example '123 reg', 'easy DNS' or 'enom' etc.)
- Within your domain name control panel, you should find an area called something like “DNS management” or “Manage DNS”, find this area.
- Within this area, you will see one or more “A” records. You need to add a new A record for “@” and “*” pointing to the same IP address as any exit sting A records.
Within 48 hours, you should be able to see your site with or without the www prefix.
