Error:

No response from GFS. Please check that GFS Selector is running and your Delivery System Connectivity settings are correct and try again.



Solution:
  1. Login to GFS Selector as administrator
  2. Go to Options | Settings | "Company" tab.
  3. Tick the tick box "Allow Route mapping"
  4. Click on "Route map" on the left hand side.
  5. Click "+" to add a new row.
  6. In "Contract no." select the drop down list and select one of your shipping services, then click "OK".
  7. In "Route Code" enter a four letter description for the service.
  8. In description, enter a short description of the service.
  9. Click Save
