Actinic Payments requires you to have a Merchant ID (MID) from your bank - it will not work without it. If you are currently using someone like PayPal or Google Checkout, they allow you to take payments online without you needing a MID from your bank. Just because you are using them does not mean that you will automatically be able to use Actinic Payments.
