    Will SellerDeck Payments work with 'One-Click Completion'?

    Sellerdeck Payments by Opayo and Sellerdeck Payments by NMI will be sunsetting on 31st May 2023. On the 1st of June, these payment gateways will no longer be available to process new transactions. We will maintain the service for an additional month to allow for refunds and downloading of reports.

    Sellerdeck Payments by Opayo and Sellerdeck Payments by NMI are being replaced by SellerdeckPay powered by ClearAccept:

    If you have set SellerDeck Payments to 'Charge Transactions Immediately' then your orders will work fine with One-Click Complete. You just complete the orders (by right-clicking and selecting 'Complete Order' or clicking the 'Complete' button) and SellerDeck will mark the order lines as shipped and print the invoice, and the order will be marked as 'Complete' and move to the 'Completed' tab.

    If, however, you have set SellerDeck Payments to 'Pre-Authorise Transactions' then it won't work 100% with One-Click Complete. You will need to do the following:

    1. Go to 'Business Settings | Order Processing'
    2. Under 'One Click Order Completion' de-select 'Create Full Payment'
    3. Click 'OK'

    Now when you right-click on an order and select 'Complete' the order won't be 100% completed, as payment will not have been received yet. You will then need to:

    1. Double-click on each order and go to the 'Progress and Payments' tab
    2. Click the 'Commit' button
    3. Click 'OK'

    The order will then be complete.
