Yes. 3D Secure is available as an option, at no extra charge. You can switch 3D Secure on from any SellerDeck system using Sellerdeck Payments.
In the desktop applications go to 'Settings | Business Settings | Payment & Security tab | highlight 'Sellerdeck Payments' method and click on the 'Configure Method' button.
