We have tried to retrieve orders, and get server errors. "the server returned an invalid or unrecognised response.".
This type of error usually points towards either:
a) network settings have changed.
b) firewall implemented or setting changed on the local PC, Lan or Host Server.
c) Host Server problem.
You will need to double check all the above. If there has been no connection changes - i.e. installing a firewall - then try going to 'Web | Refresh Website' and then try downloading again.
