By default, the 'Text For Cart Button' can only be set at 'Site' level and therefore means that you have the same text for all add-to-cart buttons. To be able to set different text for different buttons you need to allow this variable to be changed at product level. To do this:
* go to 'Design | Library | Variables' tab
* expand the 'Product' group (click on the '+')
* double-click on the 'CartButtonText' variable
* tick the 'Product' box under the 'Place of Setting' area
* click 'OK' and close the Library
You will then be able to change this text on each product.
