This can be done by editing the layout associated with the price. In the Design tab click on the word 'Price' in the preview and then in the layout code you should the html for the price.

You can edit this code to remove the tax message.

v7 or earlier

Edit 'Act_ProductPrice.html' and remove 'NETQUOTEVAR:TAXMESSAGE'
