'Postcode outcode' error in postcode lookup

If you see this error 'Please supply a postcode outcode (The first part of a postcode)', please see steps below to correct this.

• In 'Design | Library | Layouts | Address Lookup', double-click the layout selector: -
  
  DeliveryAddressLookup
  
  and enter:-
  
  PCADeliveryLookup
  
  for both the Initial Value and the Top Level Value.
  
  
• In 'Design | Library | Layouts | Address Lookup', double-click the layout selector:-
  
  InvoiceAddressLookup
  
  and enter: -
  
  PCAInvoiceLookup
  
  for both the Initial Value and the Top Level Value.

Then:-

• Login into 'PostcodeAnywhere' site via the classic version of the account (classic.pcapredict.com)
• Go to 'Popups and License Keys' from navigation bar
• Click 'Edit' next to the relevant license
• Click "Reset all mappings"
• Place a test order and you will see the PCA button in the checkout has changed to something like 'Setup Post Code Anywhere', make sure that both 'Invoice' and 'Delivery' address are viewable
• Follow the wizard to finish
