business plus multi user bug

hi, anyone else had this problem
sometimes a user can not log in on business plus muti user.

the problems appears to be that

if you go to

settings/users/ enable user log in 'check box'

this check box unticks itself randomly

Yes we have this problem too, it may be connected with Synchronisation Server problems, have you had any of those?

I have found it the case, that when you get a failed Snapshot it automaticaly clears the users tickbox so only the admin can get into the site

it was after a failed snapshot that it failed last time (today)
will keep an eye on when it happens, every few days.
Sync server been ok for 6 months.

Need a bit of help reproducing this one, I have tried failing a snapshot by having the database open and then both importing and exporting, checkbox remains ticked. I have aslo tried importing / exporting with other users logged on, I get the message from Actinic saying other users are logged on, but checkbox remains ticked.

I have found it to occure when the following takes place

either I try making a snapshot when someone log's in after I have started the snapshot.

Also when the link software Actinic to sage has been used for export, but sage still open on the accounts computer after exports are completed

Using v9.0.3
XP Pro

it unticks you are right when someone logs in when a snapshot is in place, or trys to log in.
Or after a failed snapshot.
Actinic, any news of a fix!

I tried the scenario as given by Chris above, but like Darren, I am only able to reproduce the failing snapshot, but the 'Enable user login feature' check-box remains checked.

I am asking someone from support to contact you and look into this for you.

Hi, will try to upload this afternoon.
There is also a snapshot of ours at actinic regarding another issue, support name Andy Downes has it. It is a recent snapshot.
