Please help, a customer said to me this week that he tried to order from our site but could not pay, i thought it was probably just user error. We have not had any orders from this site for over a month, however due to the price and choice of products most customers normally choose to call rather than order online and the site isn't really ranking well yet any way.
I just tried a test order my self and have realised that there is no button to continue when you choose payment method. It has a save option and even that causes an error.
Please could any one tell me what i have done wrong.
