Dividing up a section product list

Is there a way to create blank lines (using products or fragments) so that we can divide up a product section list?

On this page http://www.viteyes.co.uk/Macular-Degeneration.html we would like to divide the page up with some text between different row, but don't want further sub sections

We would like to include text above the first two products and then text between the 1st and 2nd rows and then before the final row.

I wondered if a new section layout that had no borders or background and spanned two columns would work, but not sure.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Possible solutions:
1) Fragments above or below products but not between: I want to display my fragments separate to my products.
2) First fragment on it's own row: With my products laid out in columns how can I get a fragment at the top of the page to span across the columns?.
3) In SellerDeck 2013 if using filtering or pagination you can click the fragment's Visibility tab and change Show In Split and Filtered Pages to True to make the fragment stay at the top.
4) An exact solution would require custom work.
