We had an issue with the checkout page with the agree terms check box not appearing after upgrading I think to V11, a quick call to support fixed this quickly.
Since upgrading to 2013 we have the same issue, sadly this time sellerdeck support has had a snapshot for a week and cannot find the issue! The preview of the checkout pages shows them all fine, just that page does not appear on the published site.
Very frustrating at a busy time when we rely on the terms being agreed to resolve return policy issues and delivery questions.
I wonder if anyone else has had this issue?
