Pictures not showing on Featured Products on Main Page

We are having problems with changing some of our products in the Featured Product Section on our site front page.
We have not had this problem before it is only recently this has started to be as issue with some and not all of the products we are trying to feature

Fatal error: Call to undefined function imageopen() in main on line 38

Any idea what this could be?

You have a custom design, the error is similar to those mentioned here and here which relate to using a Drillpine plugin you probably have files missing. Do you have the original plugin and Javascript files used for the home page featured products?. You should check the plugin installation as it would need reapplying. If you upgraded you may need to obtain updated plugin code.

You also have another problem with your custom Facebook code on the home page it is adding the code as acatalog///connect.facebook.net/en_GB/all.js this is known issue where SellerDeck adds the store folder in front of a home page Javascript link, you will need to change the layout code for that from .js to %2Ejs with thanks to Norman from here.

The file that's missing from your Site folder is called dpimagesupport.php and will be in the Zip file that you were sent when you got whatever it is that you're using on the home page.

Unzip said file to your Site folder then close and restart SellerDeck.

Latest version of that file attached.
