Windows 7 - LIBEAY32.dll - advanced shipping plugin

I did a clean install of Windows 7 but wasn't able to fully install, nor run, Sellerdeck. I received two error messages:

1) "The ordinal 322 could not be located in the dynamic link library. LIBEAY32.dll"

2) "An error occurred initialising the advanced shipping plugin. This usually happens when the plugin OCX file has been moved or renamed"

(I didn't receive the message popup box).

The LIBEAY32.dll was present in the Windows system folder.

Nothing else had been installed on the OS other than Firefox.

2 days of trying to fix it but I've had to reinstall my previous OS just to be functional again.

Any thoughts?

Edit. Does anyone run Sellerdeck 2013 successfully on Windows 10, or is Windows 8 as far as it will go?

This looks like a known issue that can happen on rare occasions when the shipping module fails to register on installation.
