Wont open error message

  • Wont open error message

    Hope someone can help, cant find in search. Every time I try opening I get an error pop up User "administrator" already logged in. I've tried switching computer on and off and starting with wifi off but get same error

    This thread suggests rebooting the machine with the sync server on might fix it if you're using multi user..

      Unfortunately rebooting does not correct the issue, tried several times

        I've come across another thread which suggests you can access the database to log someone out and that might be worth a try:

          Hi Gary.Try this:

          Close Sellerdeck desktop on all PCs.

          Then on the PC or server running the sync server:
          - Ctrl-Alt-Del and open Task Manager.
          - scroll through the Background Processes and find 'Sellerdeck Synchronisation Server'.
          - Click it and then click 'End Task'
          - re-open Sellerdeck Desktop
