    Store as your Home Page

    Hello,

I have been looking for an answer to this question on the forums, but can't seem to find any recent posts relating to this issue.

I wanted to know if there is a way to make the store page your 'home' page? Or if there is a way to include sections of the store in the brochure pages?

I want to include product categories and sections on the homepage, but can't seem to find a way to do this. I'd appreciate any advice/suggestions. Thank you in advance!

I have done a lot of research, and attempted to change layouts in Sellerdeck to figure this out. But so far, could not find a way to use the store in place of the brochure home page. Am I right to assume that Sellerdeck does not offer a way to do this ?

You have to change the home brochure page name to something other than index.html. I called it info.html and make sure the online catalogue page name is index.html

One way to do this would be with a 301 redirect on /index.html in htaccess to use the shop home page instead.

We used to edit the database with Access to reassign the shop as home page many years ago.
