Hello,
We have a new laptop, and trying to set it up so that the second user can connect to the main Sellerdeck computer on the Network. But after the installation, when we try to open Sellerdeck, this error comes up:
"Sellerdeck was unable to connect to the synchronization server. Please check network connections and that the Synchronization server is running"
I searched the forums for an answer, and tried the suggestions below (none of them worked):
Just to note: We are able to connect to the main computer using a different laptop (which was set up a while ago, and it works fine).
I would very much appreciate any feedback/suggestions. Thank you in advance.

I searched the forums for an answer, and tried the suggestions below (none of them worked):
- Made sure the main computer was turned on before we tried to connect to it with the second one
- Turned off the firewalls on both machines so that we know it's not a port issue
- In addition to above, added Catalog.exe as an exception to the firewall settings (just in case)
- Made sure the network share was still connected. Opened 'Windows Explorer' and made sure we could access the shared drive
- Made sure the SellerDeck Synchronisation Server is running on the main machine. Then stopped it and restarted it.
