Can you advise how to deal duplicate items (items that have a product code : 1! / 2! / 3! etc)
- do I need to add those also? or will the program link the variables from the original?

You can either include duplicates explicitly in the import file, or Reset Duplicates for each parent product after importing. Duplicates are not automatically reset on import.

I have 859 duplicates on a site... and to find all the originals... :I

Any way of having a button that updated ALL duplicates?
- I onced asked for this feature... would be really useful now

We are actually working on that for inclusion in a forthcoming release, but unfortunately it won't be ready for the next one.
